Bryan & Shannon Miles
Bryan and Shannon Miles are hardworking stewards of community, growth, and legacy. Married since 1997, they’ve spent their lives building companies and spaces where people feel seen, supported, and connected. They believe real success isn’t about status … it’s about the lives you touch and the communities you help strengthen. Through every venture, Bryan and Shannon strive to lift others up, create opportunities, and leave behind a legacy of hard work, resilience, and generosity that lasts for generations.
1999
A New Chapter Begins
After graduating college in Ohio, Shannon and Bryan Miles made their way to Georgia—settling first in Alpharetta, then building their family in West Forsyth County. Their daily routines eventually led them down Burruss Road, where a quiet, untouched farm began capturing their hearts.
2017
The Land Finds Us
After years of admiring the peaceful property from afar, fate intervened. A “For Sale” sign appeared on Burruss Road, and within days, the Miles family walked the land together, knowing almost instantly—it was meant to be theirs. They purchased the 17-acre property and began the first phase of what would become Miles Ranch.
2024
The Dream Expands
While celebrating their daughter’s high school graduation, another opportunity surfaced: the original Silver City Farm property was for sale. With swift action and vision, Shannon and Bryan acquired the land—bringing together past admiration and future dreams. Additional neighboring parcels followed, expanding the ranch to over 100 acres.
2025
Grand Opening
With years of care, vision, and growth behind it, Silver City at Miles Ranch officially opens to the public. Blending rustic charm with modern luxury, it stands as a premier event destination—welcoming weddings, reunions, retreats, and cherished gatherings for years to come.
